We work across a range of Malaysian businesses — from SMEs and family-owned enterprises to mid-size companies preparing for regulatory scrutiny or leadership change. Our engagements are most relevant to businesses with between 10 and 200 employees, though we take each enquiry on its own merits.

We start with a 45-minute call or in-person meeting at our Subang Jaya office to understand your situation. From there, we outline which engagement best fits your needs and provide a clear scope document before any commitment is made. There is no pressure to proceed — we want you to feel confident in the fit.

The published fees are our standard engagement rates and cover the full scope of work described. Should your situation require additional analysis outside the standard scope, we will discuss that separately and clearly before proceeding. SST is applicable where relevant and will be specified in your quote.

All client engagements are covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed prior to any information sharing. Our team members are bound by professional conduct standards, and client data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.

Yes. Most of our work is structured to accommodate both in-person and remote delivery. The Compliance Readiness Audit and Digital Maturity Assessment can be completed fully online if needed. For the Succession Planning Framework, we recommend at least two in-person sessions, though the bulk of the engagement can be conducted remotely.

Each engagement concludes with a structured handover — including all reports, roadmaps, and supporting documents in editable formats. The Succession Planning Framework includes six months of ongoing advisory access post-engagement. For other services, clients are welcome to enquire about follow-up support at standard advisory rates.
